Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must verify that their proposal complies with the following requirements before submission. If their submission does not follow these rules, it might be returned.
  • The manuscript must not have been published or submitted to another journal previously.
  • Open Office, Microsoft Word, or RTF, Pdf document file formats should be used for the manuscript.
  • The reference's URL, which must be provided wherever it is required.
  • The corresponding author or one of the authors should submit full-text Research Paper on Email id: communications@spujstmr.ac.in The Paper must be in the.doc,.docx, .pdf file as per the paper tamplete available in DOWNLOAD section. Sumbit the Reseach Paper in .doc and .pdf file format. Along with Full text Research Paper submit the filled cover letter form available in DOWNLOAD section of SPU- Journal website.
  • Once paper will be accepted after peer-review process, author should submit the camera ready copy of Research Paper along with plagiarism form, copyright form available in DOWNLOAD section of SPU-Journal website.
  • To simplify post-submission procedures, only electronic entries are accepted. It is the corresponding author's obligation to submit the manuscript for peer review and to update the other authors on the progress of the paper.
  • Typically, length of the manuscript should be 6 to 10 pages long for research papers and 10 to 14 pages long for review papers. The length of the manuscript should not exceed the aforementioned restriction.

Terms of Submission

The manuscript that was submitted has not been previously published (aside from as an abstract, a component of a published lecture, review, or thesis, or as a draught in the form of a conference paper), and it is not currently being considered by any other conferences or journals by any other publishers. The corresponding author is in charge of making sure that all co-authors have given their consent for the publishing of the work. Unless otherwise stated, all correspondence and proofs will be forwarded to the author(s) prior to publication. The authors agree to allow the manuscript to be edited for readability and, if necessary, for proper grammar.


Peer Review

A double-blind peer review process will be applied to all articles. Academic excellence standards should be met by them. A manuscript submission will be evaluated by the editors, and if it doesn't satisfy the standards for academic excellence, the chief editor may reject it straight immediately.


Manuscript Preparation

Every full text paper that is submitted should present original, previously unpublished data, whether it takes the form of fresh case studies, reviews, or research.

Title

  • Title: Font size24, Times New Roman, centered.
  • Author Name: Font size 11, Times New Roman, centered.
  • Authors from different institutes should be marked as a superscript numerically as 1, 2, ……etc.
  • Author affiliation: Font Size 10, Times New Roman, Italic.
  • Author affilication: It should contain department name, institute name, university (affiliated) name, City, State, Country.
  • Authors email id of each authors along with corresponding author in font size 9 regular.
  • Authors detail must not show any professional title, academic title, etc.


Abstract & Key Words

  • Abstract Heading should be bold and italic, font size 10, font times new roman.
  • Abstract body should be bold with font size 10 and font times new roman.
  • Abstract should not be more than 300 words.
  • It should contain brief introduction, methodology, result and conclusion.
  • Citation will not be allowed in abstract.
  • About 4-5 keywords will be followed by abstract, font size: 10, font: times new roman.


Introduction

  • Font size: 10 with font times new roman.
  • This part needs to be brief and free of subheadings.
  • This section needs to make a clear distinction between the writers' unique contributions and other contributions.
  • Additionally, it ought to relate to and describe the job completed by others.


Section Headings

  • No more than 3 levels of headings should be used.
  • All headings must be in 10pt font.Every word in a heading must becapitalized exceptfor shortminor wordsaslistedinSectionIII-B.
  • Level-1 Heading:A level-1 heading must be in Small Caps, centred and numbered using uppercase Roman Numerals.For example, see heading “III. Page Style” of this document.
  • The two level-1 headings which must not be numberedare“Acknowledgment” and“References”.
  • Level-2 Heading:A level-2 heading must be in Italic, left-just if id and number using upper case alphabetic letter followed by a period.For example,seeheading “C. Section Headings” above.
  • Level-3 Heading:A level-3 heading must be indented, in Italic and numbered with an Arabic numeral followed by a right parenthesis. The level-3 heading must end with a colon.


Figures and tables

  • Figures and tables must be centred in the column.
  • Large figures and tables may span across both columns.
  • Any tableor figure that takes up more than 1 column width must be positioned either at the top or at the bottom of the page.
  • Graphics must not use stipple fill patterns because they may not be reproduced properly.
  • Please use only SOLID FILLcolourswhichcontrastwellboth onscreenandonablack-and-white hardcopy,
  • The font size for the figure labels should be at least 9 points.
  • Each and every figure must be comprehensive and unambiguous.
  • Figure having low-resolutionimagewouldnotbeacceptable,
  • Figure with adequate resolution will be acceptable.
  • Check that the resolution is adequate to reveal the important detail in the figure.
  • Please check all figures in your paper both on screen and on a black-and-white hardcopy.
  • When you check your paperon a black-and-white hardcopy, please ensure that:
    • the colours used in each figure contrast well.
    • the image used in each figure is clear.
    • all text labels in each figure are legible.
  • Figure captions must be in 8 pt Regular font.
  • Captions of a singleline must be centred whereas multi-line captions must be justified.
  • Captions with figurenumbersmustbe placedaftertheir associatedfigures.
  • Tables must be number using uppercase Roman numerals.
  • Table captions must be centred and in 8pt Regular font with SmallCaps.


Page Numbers, Headers and Footers

  • Page numbers,headers and footers must not be used.


Links and Bookmarks

  • All hypertext links and section bookmarks will be removed from papers during the processing of papers for publication.
  • If you need to refer to an Internet email address or URL your paper, you must type out the address or URL fully in Regular font.


Acknowledgement

  • It should mention any funding sources for studies that were used.
  • It should appear before references at the end of the essay.


References

  • The heading of the References section must not be numbered.
  • All reference items must be in 8 pt font.
  • Please use Regular and Italic styles to distinguish different fields as shown in the References section.
  • Number the reference items consecutively in square brackets (e.g. [1]).
  • When referring to a reference item, please simply use the reference number,asin [2].

References

Since they are crucial for mathematical analysis, equations are vital parts of the article. They must be referenced in the text and should be numbered in round brackets, such as (1). They ought to print in a two-column format. The multiplications sign should be used in place of the dot when writing exponential formulas in superscript notation.


Language and Grammar

The document should be written in English with correct grammar and a smooth linguistic flow. If the manuscript does not meet the aforementioned standard, it will be rejected. When preparing the document for initial submission, attention should be taken to ensure adequate word usage, self-explanatory figures, sound mathematical analysis, modelling and simulation, and experimental data to validate the conclusions. For manuscript proofreading, the author should enlist the aid of a colleague who speaks English.


Unit of Measurement

System international (SI) units should be used when presenting units of measurement.


Biography

  • Authors have the option to publish a biography together with the paper maximum of 200 words, withthe academic qualification, past and present positions, research interests, awards, etc.
  • This increases the profile of the authors and is well received by international reader.
  • Add photograph at the left sidebox.


Proofs

Corrected proofs must be sent back to the Chief Editor as soon as possible after being received. If a sizable piece of the submission has previously been published at a conference, the Chief Editor must be informed that it is a post-conference paper. It is required to include previous work in the reference list. With the exception of guest editors of special sections, surveys, cutting-edge studies, or project reports are not considered for publication. The file should not be larger than 40MB in order to make it easily accessible. The accomplishment should be clearly described in the manuscript so that readers will comprehend. It is advised that authors examine their own similarity indices, which should be below 10%, as this will save both parties time and result in quick publication.


Publication Ethics

The act of publishing an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential part of knowledge dissemination and advances science. Since this is a peer-reviewed magazine, submissions are expected to be evaluated with an eye toward the rigor of scientific publication. As a result, all parties engaged in the publishing process—the publisher, peer reviewers, journal editor, and author—are expected to act ethically.
